    Plaque with ARIS.exitToScanner(prompt) doesn't work always

    Hi All

    I have created a scene with a sequence of Plaques and Conversation.
    The plaque nr 9 has shows the player which is the AR Target that should be scanned. The plaque nr 10 includes the JS command to start the scanner. The plaque 11 has the AR Trigger and shows another object after scanning. Plaque 10 has nr 9 as lock, plaque 11 has nr 10 as lock.

    Sometimes everything works as expected, i.e. the scanner is opened (plaque 10) , the AR Target is scanned and the following plaque (11) is displayed. If I restart the game, often happens that the scanner is no longer started and the content of plaque 11 is displayed.

    Is this issue known?
    I am using an iPad Air 2 with iOS Version 11.4 and the latest Aris app.
    I have tried to delete the app cache, to uninstall and reinstall the app but it doesn't help.
